Our summer season is June 20 through Labor Day, September 7th and all cottages and suites are rented by the week with shorter stays available in the Inn. We offer daily meal service during the summer season and dinners on select weekends in the spring and fall.
The only cottage open for the 2026 summer season is the Gull Dune. Located right on Lake Michigan, this cottage is available August 29th through Labor Day.
Fall is a great time to visit Benzie County with our amazing colors, giant pumpkins and the Frankfort Film Festival, Frankfort Beer Week and Fall Fest. Weddings are scheduled for September 12 and 19 and again, all of Watervale is reserved for those weekends. The Inn is closed for the season but cottages and suites are available to rent through the end of October.
