We are looking forward to re-opening our dining room in 2021! The 2020 season presented many challenges but also offered opportunities to reimagine our dining offerings. We look forward to continuing more outdoor dining, carry-out options and taking Wednesdays off for dinner during the summer season.
Breakfast is served daily from 8:00-10:00 during the summer season and on weekends during the spring and fall. Farm fresh eggs, Putney Farms maple syrup, WeeBee Jammin jams, Ebel’s bacon and sausage, and homemade breakfast breads are all on the breakfast menu.
Dinner is served at 6:00 and 7:15 every evening (except Wednesday) during the summer and on weekends during our spring and fall season. Our tables are set with fine linens, silver, and fresh flowers. The menu changes daily with a selection of three entrees, soup, salad, and silver dessert tray.

We are looking forward to the upcoming Watervale season! The 2020 season had many challenges but also several opportunities to reimagine how we do business. We certainly hope that 2021 will bring some relief to this pandemic but rest assured that we will work hard to create a safe, relaxing and enjoyable respite from the outside world.
