The original school master’s house, Happy Hollow is one of Watervale’s original cottages. Located on the far end of the Watervale, this cottage is a wonderful place to relax and recharge. Guests will enjoy the screened porch with a view of Lower Herring Lake, a living room with a fireplace, and a full kitchen.

Happy Hollow has a main floor master bedroom and half bath. The upstairs has two rooms each with a queen bed, a twin bedroom with a trundle, a sleeping nook and full bathroom. Happy Hollow also features a fireplace and a screened front porch overlooking Lower Herring Lake.
